Tokyo 2027 Marathon

for the preemies 💜

When I was 10 years old, I lived next door to a family who brought home an extremely premature baby. I can vividly remember seeing pictures of him from the hospital and being truly amazed and intrigued by the people who got to take care of him when he was so small. At 10 years old, I knew I wanted to be a NICU nurse. In 2011, I made that dream a reality when I started my first NICU nursing job as a new grad from college - and I’ve never looked back. Being able to be a part of so many incredible, courageous and inspiring stories of babies and families who fought for every milestone (big or small) has been an honor. I’m running the 2027 Tokyo marathon in honor of the babies who need us to continue fighting for them so that we can help them to live the lives they deserve. 💜

Help us give premature babies a better chance of survival

Running for Premature Babies was founded in memory of baby triplets Henry, Jasper and Evan who were unable to overcome their prematurity.

We are proud that Henry, Jasper and Evan's legacy is saving the lives of hundreds of premature babies and are grateful for your support.

By supporting me you'll be raising funds to buy life-saving equipment and fund groundbreaking research that give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival. No donation is too small and all donations are greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
