Together we have raised $2,624!!!!

As a community we stepped up to help raise funds for an important cause.

So many families need the help of NICU care. We are able to supply much needed equipment for the precious babies and also the parents who are also under stress during this time.

I’m proud to have been a little part of this fundraising journey 2 years in a row now.

May this years donations create many much needed items for these families

Once again thank you to all 45 donators, you have given me so much support to keep motivated to keep pushing and get this done. So thank you.

I’m so grateful to everyone who sent lovely messages of encouragement and your generous donations.

100km of running done, just over $2k in donations and 45km of waking during this month of November.

Tomorrow I will finish off a 5km walk to round off walking to 50km. Totalling 150km.

I’m speechless that so many of you donated and cheered me on. Thank you so much.

I’m super proud my mind & body held up and got this done. ???

Seeing little babies in the NICU ward just makes you realise how important and special this is. bless the little ones and the families.

I had a rest day on DAY 17

Back to it Day 18, 1st km was so hard today legs are sore but by the 2km mark I was warmed up and fine.

100 of intentional movement done. I’m so proud of my body. It don’t let me down. Iv had ups and downs, highs and lows during my running journey. It’s been hard but rewarding, today I’m actually proud of the work iv put into achieve this.

I started full training In September and October doing 250km, It wasn’t all smooth. I hurt my back twice and I had to take some rest time and stretch. So thankful I have had no issues this month.

I will keep running throughout the rest of November to see how far I can get.

I must say, yes my legs are feeling it at this stage. Especially my right calf muscle but I will push on. I have plenty of time up my sleeve to rest and recoup and get the job done.

Each day feels amazing at the finish line. Starting is another story, it’s a mind battle but once you’ve completed your run it’s such an achievement for the day.

Last year donations brought all new recliner chairs for each room so parents could be comfortable. It also went towards new trollies in each section holding important equipment, not each section had these which is amazing we could make this happen with our donations.
