My son Tysan

My son Tysan was born almost 6 weeks early and was transferred straight to the women's mercy hospital were he was closely monitored, after a few days he was then taken to the children's hospital were he had to have surgery for a twisted bowel.... I didnt see him untill he was about aweek old and didnt get to have my first cuddle with him untill he was almost 3 weeks old.... He was then transferred back to sale hospital were he spent about 2 weeks before I was able to bring him home..... He is now a 15 year old who loves his sports and is doing really good and its all thanks to both hospitals he was at for doing everything they did to help him, I will forever be greatfull for them saving my baby

Every day in Australia, 71 babies are born prematurely.

This November, I'm taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge to give these babies the best chance at life.

The funds I raise will help Running for Premature Babies provide life-saving neonatal equipment for hospitals around Australia, giving premature and critically ill babies the chance to grow stronger and go home with their families.
