Help us give premature babies a better chance of survival

Our beautiful Rosie Mae entered the world much earlier than expected, born at just 31 + 4 weeks by emergency delivery due to placental complications. In her very first hours, she was flown to John Hunter Children’s Hospital, where she spent the first 25 days of her life in the Neonatal Intensive and Special Care Unit.

When she was finally strong enough, Rosie was transferred back to Tamworth Hospital, where she continued to grow and thrive for another 25 days.

Throughout her hospital journey, Rosie endured countless tests and relied on the care, expertise, and dedication of the amazing neonatal staff, as well as the life-saving equipment that kept her safe and well. Without these incredible people and resources, our little girl wouldn’t be where she is today - happy, healthy, and thriving.

To give back and help other families like ours, we’re taking part in the Premmie Marathon Challenge this month. The funds raised go directly towards providing vital neonatal equipment and support for premature and critically ill babies, giving them the best possible chance at life.
