This fundraiser has a very special place in my heart, as a mum who birthed twins at just 30 weeks weighing less that 1.8kgs, nothing would mean more than making sure that other premature babies get the chance of survival like my babies did, without the fantastic equipment that they need, my beautiful boys would not have been so lucky.
