Why im i doing this?
A message from my mum. This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge
I’ll be clocking up my kms in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for life-saving neonatal equipment that will give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival.
This Charity is very close to home for us Pedeltys. With the battle My brother Jason had at the start of his life. A word from my mum "May 1987 our son Jason was born 12 weeks early, we were terrified we would loose him, we were told there was a 50-50% chance of him surviving. He weighed just 1.5lbs less than a bag of sugar. BUT the care he received from the doctors and nurses was second to none. Without them we wouldn't have our amazing son Jason today. Over 6 months of his life beginning was in hospital , operations , and even christened in hospital. Premature babies need around the clock care. Lives can be saved by giving to charity, you may need them one day. Just like we did"
I'd love your support - if you can, please make a generous tax-deductible donation here.
Thank you for your support.
Your donation will help keep me motivated as I complete my challenge through November, knowing that each km I complete is helping save the lives of sick and premature babies.
