This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge
Meet our fighter, Arti. Arti was born at 24weeks weighing just 698g. He has had a wild ride since entering the world in September 2023. Spending 110 days under the watchful eye of the doctors and nurses and the Mercy Women’s hospital in Heidelberg (Melbourne). We spent countless hours by his bed watching him fight everything thrown his way, determined from the start. He has continued to prove everyone wrong and absolutely smash his milestones. His strength and resilience keep us going day in, day out! I am doing this for him & all other baby’s that find themselves entering the world early!
I’ll be clocking up my kms in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for life-saving neonatal equipment that will give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival.
