It’s not lost on me how fortunate we were to receive such incredible care and support when Charlie arrived three and a half weeks early. Although our time in the NICU was brief compared to many, in those moments it felt like forever.
This is why I will be participating in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for life-saving neonatal equipment that will give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival.
