This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge
I’ll be clocking up my kms in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for life-saving neonatal equipment — the very kind that saved our boys’ lives.
Our twin sons, Ryuhei and Shohei, were born at just 25 weeks and 2 days, weighing 802g and 568g. They spent months in the NICU fighting for their lives, surrounded by incredible doctors, nurses, and the machines that kept them breathing when we couldn’t.
This cause is deeply personal to us. Every dollar raised will help give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival, just like our boys had.
If you can, please make a generous tax-deductible donation here. Your support will keep me motivated as I complete my kms through November, knowing that each step is helping another family’s little fighter.
And if you’d like to go the extra mile (literally!), you can join me! Sign up for the Premmie Marathon Challenge, choose your distance, and start clocking your kms for premmie babies.
