Premmie Marathon Challenge
Earlier this year Dave and I welcomed our little Nerida into the world. She was five weeks premature and required time in the NICU and Special Care Nursery.
This was a very scary and surreal time for us, something that you can never be prepared for. But thanks to the specialist care we received we are now all home safe and sound.
I wish to give back so I’ll be endeavouring to complete the premmie marathon challenge. If you wish to support this incredible cause please donate.
Your efforts will fund much-needed neonatal equipment for hospitals right across Australia. This equipment will help improve and save the lives of the 1 in 10 babies born prematurely in Australia each year just like our little Nerida.
