Every day in Australia, 71 babies are born prematurely.
This November, I’ll be taking part in the November Premmie Run for two very special reasons close to my heart: Charlie and Cody. Born prematurely, our boys spent their first two weeks in special care. We were incredibly grateful that their stay was such a short one, and that they were able to come home with us so soon. During those early days, they received the love, expertise and round-the-clock care they needed to grow stronger, and we will forever be grateful to the incredible doctors, nurses and staff who cared for our tiny boys and supported us through those uncertain days.
I’m running for Charlie and Cody, for every little fighter and their family, and for the incredible people who help give these babies the best possible start.
