My story
My son William was born at 36 weeks. When I was in labour the doctor told me that he may have to go to the NICU for 24hrs, my heart sank, I didn't want to leave my baby at all and the thought of being separated from him was heartbreaking. I was so worried that he would need extra support and wasn’t sure if he was going to be born healthy and developed. Luckily when he arrived, he was very healthy and did not need to go to the NICU. I am running this November to raise money for this great cause and to support premmie babies and their families. They need every bit of help and support they can get. I’m running to help save premmie babies lives and make a difference!This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge
I’ll be clocking up my kms in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for life-saving neonatal equipment that will give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival.
