This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge for the 6th year in a row

This year marks the 6th year in a row that I’m running in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to honour my two tiny miracles, Max and Emily.

Max was born at just 27 weeks and spent 77 days in the NICU, while Emily arrived at 35 weeks and spent 3 weeks in special care. Those early days were filled with uncertainty, but thanks to the incredible doctors, nurses, and life-saving neonatal equipment, both of our babies got the fighting chance they needed.

I’ll be clocking up my kilometres throughout November to raise vital funds for life-saving neonatal equipment — the kind that gave Max and Emily their chance at life, and continues to help critically ill and premature babies across the country.
