Salmon Twins Willow & Wyatt
In 2023 my Grandson Roman was born 6 weeks early via Emergency C Section, He spent a week or so in NICU to help with feeding & needing the light to help him thrive a lil more . Roman thrived well thanks to all the NICU Nurses/Doctors he is now a very active almost 2 yr old . Moving onto 2024 my daughter & partner were expecting babies 3 & 4 yes twins Girl & Boy due 2025. December 09/12/2024 Willow & Wyatt arrived 23weeks 4 days via Emergency C Section. Both fought hard as they could ! They were transferred to Brisbane to NICU surviving the Rescue flight & beyond. Unfortunately Willow lost her fight 24hrs old 10/12 & Wyatt 36hrs old 11/12 .I will walk as far as I can in memory of my precious Grand angles & those who are born too early. If I can fundraise to help others & equipment for Neonatal Intensive Care I will .
This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge
I’ll be clocking up my kms in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for life-saving neonatal equipment that will give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival.
