This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge

I’m a dad, a hopeful runner, and a keen Peloton rider, but most importantly, I’m someone who knows just how strong tiny humans can be.

Over two pregnancies, my wife and I welcomed three beautiful girls into the world, Olivia, Lottie and Tilly. Each of them arrived early, and our journey through premature birth included a total of 11 weeks in the hospital, months of outpatient care, and years of ongoing health and developmental checks.

It’s been a long road, and we’ve seen firsthand how vital the right equipment, medical teams, and support services are during those first fragile weeks.

This November, I’m taking part in the Running for Premature Babies challenge, running and cycling to raise funds for the tiniest but mightiest humans you’ll ever meet.

The support and resources this foundation provides are absolutely invaluable to families just like ours. That’s why I’m hoping to raise $3,000 to help give other families the same lifeline we were lucky to have.

Thank you so much for supporting my cause,  whether through a donation or simply sharing our story.
