Premmie Marathon Challenge 2025

This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge

My Premmie Marathon Challenge for Koah

At 25 weeks pregnant, my waters broke unexpectedly. What followed was a long and emotional journey over 7 weeks in hospital for me and then 4 weeks in the NICU for our little fighter, Koah, who was born at just 32 weeks.

Those weeks were some of the hardest of my life, but also the most life-changing. Watching Koah fight so bravely, surrounded by incredible neonatal staff and life-saving equipment, showed me just how precious and fragile life can be.

This November, I’ll be clocking up my kms in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for vital neonatal equipment. These funds give critically ill and premature babies just like Koah – the best possible chance of survival.

I’d love your support. If you can, please make a donation

Your donation will not only help save the lives of sick and premature babies, but it will also keep me motivated with every kilometre I complete.

And if you feel inspired, you can even join me! Sign up for the Premmie Marathon Challenge, choose your distance, and help give premmie babies the future they deserve.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting this cause so close to mine. Every step I take is for Koah and for all the tiny fighters still in the fight.
