This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge in honour of Harriette
I’ll be clocking up my kms in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for life-saving neonatal equipment that will give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival.
If it wasn’t for very expensive equipment and the tireless hours of many many staff, my Harriette wouldn’t be the gorgeous little 9 month old (7 months corrected) she is today. This marathon challenge coincides with the month she arrived early and in a hurry. I’m doing this because it has such a personal significance and I couldn’t imagine my life with Harriette. Let’s make as much money as we can so that more families get to see their babies come home and thrive like we have been blessed to do with Harriette.
