This November I’m taking on the Premmie Marathon Challenge
I’ll be clocking up my kms in the Premmie Marathon Challenge to raise funds for life-saving neonatal equipment that will give critically ill and premature babies a better chance of survival.
Premature babies like my daughter Amber, born at 24 weeks in 2005 (the photo was taken at 6 weeks). I'm one of the lucky ones because my tiny tiny girl, who was once just 600gms, is now a strong, fit and healthy Amazonian Woman Child! I'm running to give something back to the NICU that saved Amber's life many times over.
