How the Kids Fun Run works

Join us for a day of family fun at 10am on 29 October!

All children (12 years and under) walk, run, or roll (wheelchair or pram) as many laps as they can.
No distance is too short, none too far (within the time limit).

Entry is $25 and everyone receives a T-shirt and a special finisher’s medal.

Prams welcome and parents can run with kids!

This year's Kids Fun Run was held at locations around Australia on 20 August.

The Kingston, TAS event only will be held at 10am on 29 October 2023 and will be a day you don't want to miss out on!

How does the Kids Fun Run work?

There are Kids Fun Run Locations all other the East Coast of Australia. Choose a location that works for you, and register. On the day, you'll check in be given a shirt for your child/ren and we'll let you know when the Fun Run will start.
Is there an entry fee?

Yes, there is an entry fee of $25 per child. There is no obligation to fundraise.
Where do the funds raised go?

In the last 12 months, we've been able to provide the following  specialised equipment to our larger city hospitals with Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICUs) and smaller regional and remote hospitals with Special Care Nurseries (SCNs), following a careful assessment of needs by our expert committee:
