Post Run!
I made it! I knew it wouldn’t be easy on the legs given I haven’t put in the longer km’s. But the physical pain will never be a match for emotional pain we endure. We just keep pushing on. This run was for my 2 boys, Harry, who is forever in our hearts, and for Walter who brings me joy every minute of each day and who provides me with the happiness I never thought I would have.Thank you!

Did you know that 26,000 babies are born prematurely in Australia each year, and many hospitals are in need of upgraded neonatal equipment to save their lives?
I’m running to raise funds to support the wonderful work of Running for Premature Babies in giving these premature babies a better chance of survival, and I’d really love your support.
This charity was founded in memory of baby triplets, Henry, Jasper & Evan Smith, who were unable to overcome their prematurity when they were born in 2006. Since then over $9 million has been raised, providing 150 pieces of life-saving equipment that has directly benefitted over 10,000 babies.
Your donation will help keep me motivated, knowing that my race is about so much more than my finishing time.
