I didn’t know anything about Premature Babies, until I did! 
Austin was born a tiny 635grams at 24 weeks. If it wasn’t for the lifesaving equipment and the incredible team at The Royal Hospital for Women, I wouldn’t be lucky enough to be chasing Austin these days! Forever grateful x
