You kidding me Sophie?
Like most it's been a tough few months, Covid, zero training, added kilo's....hitting 50...Then a week ago I bumped into Sophie Smith at our sons' AFL match...
...So in 9 days I'm running 21kms...
10th May - 15kms run done...
12th May - 18km run done...
15th May - HALF MARATHON COMPLETED 2hours 12 mins - DONE DONE!
